How do I get ParseMeet?
ParseMeet is in beta right now. Email support@parsemeet.com and I'll send you a TestFlight invite — the beta is fully unlocked and nothing is charged. Include the email your Apple Account (iCloud) uses — that's where the TestFlight invite goes — and which Mac or iPhone you're on. At 1.0 it arrives on the App Store as a one-time purchase.
Does ParseMeet work offline?
Yes. Recording, transcription, and on-device parsing all run with Wi-Fi off: on a plane, on site, anywhere. With a connection, meetings can use the bigger Apple model on Private Cloud Compute; without one, everything runs on-device automatically. The only other download is the one-time fetch of Apple's speech models after install. See how it works.
Does my meeting audio leave my device?
Never. Audio is recorded and transcribed strictly on your Mac or iPhone, and it is never uploaded — there's no ParseMeet server to receive it. The transcript text (never the audio) can be structured on Apple's Private Cloud Compute, which Apple builds so the data is never stored and readable by no one but you — not Apple, and not us. What do I need to run ParseMeet?
An Apple Intelligence-capable device with Apple Intelligence enabled: a Mac with Apple silicon (M-series) on macOS 26.4 or later, or an iPhone 15 Pro or later on iOS 26+. ParseMeet is built on Apple's Foundation Models framework.
How much does it cost?
The beta costs nothing — fully unlocked, nothing charged. At launch, ParseMeet starts with a 7-day free trial — every feature, no credit card, no account. After that, a one-time purchase unlocks unlimited recording forever — no subscription, because an app that runs on your device has no meter running. The final price will be announced at launch. If you don't buy, recording locks but your meetings and notes stay.
Is there an iPhone app?
Yes. ParseMeet is one app for Mac, iPhone, and iPad. The Mac also captures system audio, so it's the best place for video calls; the iPhone app shines for in-person meetings.
Does it work with Zoom, Google Meet, and Teams?
Yes — with all of them, and anything else that makes sound on your Mac. ParseMeet captures your microphone and the system audio you hear, so both sides of the call are recorded without a bot joining the meeting.
Can I define my own meeting structure?
Yes. ParseMeet ships with ten presets — standup, 1:1, sales discovery, interview, retro, and more — and picks one automatically from the meeting's title and agenda. Duplicate a preset or build your own with custom sections and formats, and re-parse any past meeting with a different template. Explore templates.
What happens to the recording afterwards?
ParseMeet keeps the audio in its local library so you can re-parse the meeting with a different template later. Delete a meeting whenever you like — it's gone from your device, and its synced doc from your iCloud — the audio never existed anywhere but your device.
Do I need to tell people I'm recording?
Private processing protects your meetings from third parties — it doesn't replace consent. Recording-consent laws vary by region, and you're responsible for following yours. We recommend announcing the recording at the start of every call; it takes five seconds.
Do I need an account?
No. There's nothing to sign up for and no password — ParseMeet uses the iCloud account already on your device for its trial and purchase state, and to sync your meetings between your own devices through your private iCloud database. Download, open, record.
What is Private Cloud Compute?
Apple's private AI cloud: Apple silicon servers running a hardened OS, used by Apple Intelligence — and by ParseMeet when the bigger model helps. Per Apple, data sent to it is never stored, is used only to answer your request, and isn't accessible to anyone other than you — not even Apple. Independent researchers can inspect every production build, and your device refuses to talk to a server whose software hasn't been publicly logged. How ParseMeet uses it.
Can ParseMeet or Apple read my synced meetings?
We can't — synced meetings live in your private iCloud database, which is invisible to developers by design. Under standard iCloud protection your data is encrypted in transit and at rest; turn on Advanced Data Protection and it's end-to-end encrypted, so not even Apple can read it. The full data map.
